West Texas RSVP Advisory Council

The West Texas RSVP is federally funded with the West Texas Rehab Center serving as the local sponsor. This local sponsorship allows the project to be community-based. This community-based presence is perpetuated by the Advisory Council, whose active involvement and participation impact the project and the volunteers locally.
